Jagjit Singh is one of the most talented ghazal artists India has seen so far. Unlike other artists, he can mould himself to any kind of ghazal he sings, he can put the right feelings into the songs, the thing that I admire the most in a singer. As I always say, a good singer is one who feels what he sings. Be it serious and emotional stuff or a foot tapping punjabi tune, when it is sung by Jagjit you fall into the mood.

Jagjit Singh was born on February 8th, 1941 in a place called Ganganagar in Rajasthan. Over the years he and his wife, Chitra Singh, have released albums that have set new records in the music world. Frankly speaking, Chitra Singh lacks the talent of Jagjit. Her voice seems monotonous sometimes. But together they have sung some of the best ghazals.

Kenny Rogers has a fantastic voice. I like country music. And Kenny Rogers voice makes them even better. The lyrics of his songs have a depth of meaning, they have stories and messages. Kenny Rogers was born in Houston, Texas on 21st August 1938. He started his music career at the age of 19 with "Crazy Feeling". He formed "The First Edition" in 1967. The First Edition broke up in 1976. His solo career produced some absolute gems. Lucile, The Gambler, Coward of the County are some of his evergreen songs.

pink floyd
The Floyd story begins in early 1966 when Peter Jenner, a manager in search of a band, checked out an embryonic Pink Floyd performance at The Marquee Club in London and was impressed by their weird instrumental passages between their psychedelic versions of some songs. From then on the saga continued till late 1990s. Their music has rich lyrics, wonderful guitarings and hidden messages.
